What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle alternative therapy using healing energy to help alleviate stress and anxiety and bring relaxation and balance back to the body. Reiki is based on the concept that there is universal energy in all living things and that the body naturally wants to heal itself. As a Reiki Master, I use light touch, on and off the body, to help the energy flow to areas of the body that are in need. After a session, clients often report they feel a deep sense of relaxation, mental clarity, pain relief, and overall wellbeing.
